Information collected We collect the information you supply to us through enquiry and registration forms, and every time you e-mail us. Information is also automatically collected about your visit to our site. The information obtained in this way, which includes demographic data and browsing patterns, is not currently used by us and were it to be in the future, it would only used in aggregate form, and as such cannot be used to identify you. This aggregate information might be used to build up marketing profiles aid strategic development audit use of the site.

If you send an order to us your personal and credit card details are received by a separate secure site operated by Secure Hosting Ltd.. All subscriber orders are handled via a secure encrypted site so that your credit card number remains safe. You can see the level of security offered by clicking the padlock logo which appears at the bottom of your browser when you access our on-line order page. The person responsible for security at Wisebuy Publications is the Editorial Director David Lewis.
1. Definitions 1.1 "Agreement": the contract between you The Subscriber and us Wisebuy Publications which incorporates these terms and conditions, our order form and our Summary of Offer.
1.2 "you" the subscriber with whom we make this Agreement.
1.3 "us" or "we" Wisebuy Publications 25 West Cottages London NW6 1RJ
1.4 "the Service": the AAA Investment Guide On-line Service provided by us which you are able to access through your own internet service provider.
1.5 "Life Subscription": means you will be able to access the Service without any renewal subscription for as long as the Service continues to be available to other subscribers who pay a subscription which is renewed periodically.
2. Our obligations 2.1 We will use our best efforts to provide you with a high quality Service. In order to maintain the quality and safety of the Service for all users, we reserve the right to:
2.1.1 temporarily suspend the Service for repairs, maintenance and/or improvement of the Service, but we will give you as much notice as reasonably practicable before doing so;
2.1.2 give you instructions, from time to time, on how to use the Service.
3. Your obligations 3.1 You are responsible for arranging the appropriate telecommunications and internet service provider service which is necessary for your connection to the Service, and for complying with any related terms and conditions.
3.2 You should not allow the Service to be used by anyone else without our written consent.
4. Duration of Service 4.1 The Service shall start from the date that it is first made available to you and shall continue until terminated by either you or us giving at least 7 days written notice to the other. Any notice of cancellation you send us takes effect on the last day of the month it is received by us.
4.2 If you or we give notice in accordance with 5.1 above, the Agreement shall continue up to the date that the notice expires.
5. Charges for the Service 5.1 You will pay to us the charges set out in our Summary of Offer. These charges relate to full calender years and are payable in advance, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5.2 You are responsible for the above charges from the date on which the Service first becomes available to you. 5.3 We reserve the right to alter the charges on renewal. However, we will give you at least six week's notice before any change takes effect.
6. Default 6.1 We may terminate the Service immediately if you:
6.1.1 do not pay the charges within 28 days of them becoming due; or,
6.1.2 breach this Agreement in any other way; or,
6.1.3 become the subject of bankruptcy or insolvency proceedings,
6.2 If the Agreement is terminated under this clause, you will be still be liable for all charges that you owe us, up to the date of termination.
7. Our Liability 7.1 Except for material that is provided directly by us, we have no control over the information and/or software transmitted via the Service and we cannot monitor all your use of the Service or the nature of all the information and/or software being sent. Therefore, we exclude all liability of any kind for the transmission or reception of, or failure to transmit or receive, any such information and/or software and for the accuracy or inaccuracy of any such information and/software.
7.2 We do not accept any liability whatsoever for the acts or omissions of other providers of telecommunications services or for faults in or failures of their apparatus.
7.3 We are not liable for any direct or indirect losses relating to business, revenue, profits, anticipated savings, wasted expenditure, corruption or destruction of data or any consequential loss whatsoever.
7.4 We do not provide financial advice, only information about the various alternatives available to you. If you live in the UK and want advice on most forms of investments, you need an individual or organisation registered under the UK Financial Services Act.
7.5 We do not take responsibility for the financial standing of any organisation mentioned in the text, nor for any organisation to which we have a cross reference link.
7.6 Investment decisions can be complex and where large amounts of money are involved or the amount to be invested is significant to you, you should not rely solely on information provided in this guide.
7.7 We regularly update the information but we cannot guarantee that every page is always up to date. We try to ensure the information is correct but cannot be certain that it always is. We therefore cannot accept legal liability for any loss incurred as a result of anyone acting on the information provided.
7.8 None of the above clauses affect your statutory or common law rights as a consumer.
7.9 Each of the above clauses operates separately and independently of the other clauses.
8. Your liability 8.1 You shall indemnify us against any claims or legal proceedings arising from your use of the Service which are brought or threatened against us by any other person.
9. Matters beyond reasonable control 9.1 Neither party is liable for any breach of this Agreement which is caused by a matter beyond its reasonable control including acts of God, fire, lightning, explosion, war disorder, flood, industrial disputes, sabotage, extremely severe weather or acts of local or central Government or other competent authorities.
10. Variation of terms and conditions 10.1 We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions from time to time.
11. Assignment 11.1 If you wish to assign all or part of this Agreement to any other person you shall first obtain our written consent, which shall not be unreasonably withheld except in the case of clause 11.2 below.
11.2 Life subscriptions cannot be assigned.
11.3 We reserve the right to assign all or part of this Agreement at any time to any company or person.
12. Notice Notices under this Agreement shall be sent be first class post or electronic mail as follows: To us Wisebuy Publications 25 West Cottages London NW6 1RJ.
12.2 To you (the customer): at your home address.
13. Law This Agreement is deemed to be made in England and is subject to English law and the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
