In his new position, Kasparian will be responsible for overseeing the bank’s Securities Services business across these regions, ensuring alignment with BNP Paribas’ broader strategy known as “GTS,” which focuses on Growth, Technology, and Sustainability. His leadership will be instrumental in driving the division’s contribution to BNP Paribas’ diversified and integrated banking model.
Kasparian brings more than 20 years of experience within BNP Paribas, having held several senior roles in the Securities Services business. His past positions include Head of UK Sales and Relationship Management for Banks & Brokers, and most recently, Head of Securities Services for Hong Kong SAR. He also coordinated client coverage across the Asia Pacific region, playing a key role in expanding the bank’s footprint and capabilities.
As Kasparian transitions to his new role, he will gradually hand over his responsibilities in Hong Kong to Laure Ly, previously Head of Client Development for Greater China at BNP Paribas Securities Services.
Based in London, Kasparian will report to Alessandro Gioffreda, Global Head of Territory Management for Securities Services, and locally to Emmanuelle Bury, BNP Paribas’ UK Country Head.

This appointment comes at a time when BNP Paribas Securities Services is looking to further expand its presence in key markets while enhancing its offerings to meet evolving client needs.
